I realized that I forgot my sister-in-law's birthday, so she gets a special valentine postcard. Thanks, Teri, for the idea.
And then I made another one, just free motion over fabric, that I liked much better. A late birthday card for my Aunt Evelyn's 90th. I saw a picture recently of her with her new great-grandgirl, a precious little premmie. She looked a little bemused, but I'm so glad she could make the trip to the hospital in the city to meet that little girl. I always imagine that even in confusion, people can still feel appropriate joy.
