A while ago I posted this quilt, saying that I wasn't going to post the picture of the back yet or it would give away the surprise.And now that the baby shower is over, there will still be no picture of the back because I forgot to take one. I have scraps left, though.
The baby shower and baby room had a Dr. Suess theme. I wish I'd taken my camera since the mom-to-be had pieced a lovely Dr. Suess quilt top. She didn't have this fabric, though, so all is well.
Because of the Saturday afternoon logistics, Nora and Aaron came to the shower. They delared that they liked baby showers, especially winning prizes. Aaron kept asking me where the baby was. I went with the generic answer, "The baby isn't here yet."
