Steph found a great ebay bargain for Nora's room - duvet with two covers, curtains, rug, lamp, and stuffed animals that had been purchased from IKEA and used for a very short time before the previous owner decided the colors didn't look right in her home. There were three curtains and Nora has two windows, so there was one left over.

I'd really, really planned that my next larger quilt would be a crib quilt for Aaron, but I working with those animals to make a wallhanging for Nora looked like so much fun.

And what a good excuse to do some dyeing for the first time in my new house. It was easy to get things together since everything is in one spot beside the basement sink and can stay there.
