Today's postcard - hand dyed fabric and fabric beadThere are still some silk scarves drying, but most of the knots and stitches are out of my shibori dyeing. I've learned that I like dyeing cottons better than silk, and that I love the processes involved.
This one is one of the simplest and least time-intensive, but it's one of my favorites.
Lots of knotting produced this result. It's one of my favorites too. Or, maybe I just like turquoise.
This one is silk.
And this one is done with stitching. My next group will focus on stitching in various patterns.
