Today's postcard - tissue over hand dyed fabric - I don't like this oneHelen - bless her - had tickets for a Mardi Gras fundraiser to feed homeless children. Lots of restaurants participated and there were all kinds of good things to try. Of course, my favorites were the desserts, followed by salmon cakes (note that there is still "cake" in the name.)
