I enjoy what I call "rescue sewing." Taking something that was unusable and turning it into something used and liked. Holes in jeans. A new hem. Replacement buttons.Or, in this case, buttonholes in a shower curtain. A friend really liked this shower curtain but brought it home to find no buttonholes for hanging. They were just missing. I wonder whether all the shower curtains made that day were missing their buttonholes.
Next up: kitchen curtains for another friend.
