Red Popsicle

What is it about kids and winter that make illnesses keep surfacing? I was watching the kids at Steph and Mike's last night while Steph ran out for ear drops for Aaron when it quickly became clear that Nora was having belly problems. She also reported that her belly had been hurting all day. So there was a quick call to Steph, who picked up some kids' Imodium and a few belly-specific goodies. Sad little Nora perked up at the idea of some yogurt in a tube.
Aaron wasn't interested by the yogurt but later stopped his bouncing around (that kid is a Tigger) at the sight of Nora's red popsicle. I don't think he'd ever had one but somehow he just knew that this was something he should try. There was a tiny fit until half a popsicle was his.

Of course he loved it. What delight on a blue-eyed face! (Sorry to keep mentioning those eyes, but in my family blue eyes are scarce.)

Note to Grandma Janice: there are a couple of new words, fish and truck.
