The other day I was driving past the library and saw this statue of a young girl sitting on the brick wall. I go to the library lots and drive by it lots and I'd never seen her before. Has She Always Been Here?

I have seen her before - maybe at Christmas or Thanksgiving. So deifnitely that old ;)
